Reiki & Seichem Practitioner/Teacher

About Me:

Hi, I’m Kevin.
In 2014 I completed my Reiki & Seichem training. This comprised 1st, 2nd and 3rd degree Reiki and Seichem. The 3rd level is a master practitioner and teacher.
Master/teacher allows me to teach and attune students into the art of Reiki and Seichem
There are a number of forms of Reiki, each with its own merits. The form of Reiki I chose to do was Reiki and Seichem because I felt that it offered me more scope for healing.
Reiki is not the only form of healing I do. In 2014 I completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Massage. This covered Swedish Massage, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage.
After that, I did Reflexology, Hopi Ear Candles, Deep Tissue Massage and a Meditation teacher course.
I have not finished just yet. At Christmas this year I will be attending a Crystal Healing course and then next year a Quantum Breath and level 3 and 4 of the Angelic Reiki courses.
All three I will be bringing to enhance my treatments.

Reiki & Seichem

It is believed Reiki was used by Tibetan Buddhist monks and is a powerful but simple technique used to correct imbalances in the body’s biological and energy system. Reiki enhances our natural healing process by creating the conditions during a session and igniting the cells in our body to action. On a physical level, it nourishes the glands that look after and repair our organs and relaxes the nervous system. Reiki is holistic, meaning it also facilitates the healing of emotional trauma and mental stresses and concerns at the same time.

Whereas Reiki was used by Tibetan monks, Seichem was used by ancient Egypt priests along with Reflexology.
Seichem is a living light energy meaning it is a different and higher vibration than Reiki, which is most beneficial for working with emotional and mental levels or concerns, as well as that higher spiritual connection.

What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet and lower legs that correspond with different areas of the body.

Reflexologists work holistically with their clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their clients. There may occasionally be times when it is not suitable to provide a treatment. A full medical history will be requested on your first treatment, and you will be asked to sign a consent form for treatment. This information will be kept confidential.

Reflexology is a very easy therapy to receive, and you will only have to remove your socks and shoes for a treatment to take place. The therapist will then use their hands to apply pressure to the feet and lower legs. You may feel areas of transient discomfort during the treatment, but generally, the experience should be relaxing.

What to expect from a treatment session?

The session will vary in length depending on the treatment but there may be around 10 minute’s consultation to start with and a few minutes at the end for aftercare.
With Reflexology, you will be asked to fill out a small form so that I can access the right treatment for you. Please be aware, with Reflexology there are some contraindicated illnesses that can prevent or restrict the treatment.
The healing is performed fully clothed, either laying on the couch or seated. Reflexology is a treatment that works on the feet and the back of the calf. Reiki is mostly hands-off treatment, only touching the head and feet.
The environment will be relaxing, with low light, soft music and incense. All designed to relax the senses.
